Any actuarial adjustment for defferred annuity?

I terminated employment and was eligible for an immediate annuity under FERS in 2015. I did not apply for my retirement benefits until 2017. I received my first payment (including all retroactive payments from my date of application). Am I entitled to additional retroactive payments from the date that I was first eligible for the annuity? If not, are my payments actuarially increased for the delay?

I am not sure I understand your question. If you could elaborate with the following information, I can answer correctly. How old were you when you left in 2015 and how many years of service did you have at that time?
