CSRS and former spouse Social Security offset

Does a former spouse awarded a portion of a CSRS pension in a divorce see a reduction in the amount paid to her from OPM when she starts to collect social security based on her own earnings? If so, where is the statutory basis for this reduction? I’ve gone through 5 CFR and cannot find anything on point. Thanks.

The court ordered benefit from your pension is not reduced or offset by a Social Security benefit earned on her own work record.
