CSRS Offset Survivor Annuities

How will OPM calculate my wife’s social security survivor benefit? I have earned much more pay than her over the years, and my own SS benefit will be based on both offset service, as well as non-offset service.

As OPM does not calculate your wife’s Social Security Survivor Benefit, I will assume that you are asking about the CSRS survivor benefit and how the fact that you are CSRS Offset will affect this benefit once you die.
If you die prior to your spouse becoming eligible for a Social Security survivor benefit (generally age 60), your spouse will receive the full CSRS survivor benefit until she becomes eligible for a Social Security survivor benefit.
If, upon your death, your wife is entitled to a Social Security survivor benefit, her CSRS survivor benefit will be reduced by the amount of your Social Security benefit that was attributable to your service under CSRS Offset. The survivor benefit computation is done in the same manner that was used to determine the offset in your CSRS pension at age 62.

A further question regarding CSRS Offset with optional REDUCED survivor benefit, with future SS survivor benefit – regarding FEHB coverage.
Upon my retirement, if my wife & I use the strategy to reduce her CSRS survivors annuity to $100/mnth (for example) so she remains vested in the FEHB insurance, and invest the difference in life insurance, what will be the ramification regarding her receiving a SS survivors benefit?
Specifically, if her SS survivors benefit from my years in CSRS Offset is GREATER than $100/mnth does she lose FEHB? (Because her CSRS survivors annunity would be overcome by the greater SS survivors benefit.)
