Does Military Deposit Reduce MRA from 57 to 54 once I hit 30 years of service?

I was born in 1986. Completed 4 years of Army time then started civil service in 2014. Bought my time back so SCD is March 2010. My MRA says I cant retire until age 57. But I will have 30 years at age 54. Can I walk with full unreduced pension with 30 years of service at 55?

No sir. In order to retire in federal service you must meet both the age and service requirement. Although you will have 30 years at age 55, in order to retire on an immediate annuity, you must be your Minimum Retirement Age.
