Concerning the special supplement: Are there survivor rights for my spouse to continue receiving the annuity supplement if I die before my spouse and I turn 62?

If you have elected a survivor benefit your spouse; your spouse is under the age of 60 (not 62); your spouse would otherwise be eligible for widow/er benefits from Social Security; and not presently eligible for Social Security mother, father, or disability benefits based on the deceased’s account, then yes.
