I retired and received an actuarially reduced pension to repay a withdrawal when I left the post office. Will my pension be the same after the money is paid back after the next 3 years? I will be 70 years old then.

Unfortunately, the answer is yes, your pension will remain the same. At retirement you should have been given the option to either pay “X” and receive a full pension or to accept a lower amount which permanently reduces your pension.
