Retiring mid year

I plan to retire in early June of 2021. Will the money I earn as a federal government employee during the first five months of 2021 count toward earned income that will reduce (or eliminate) my FERS Retiree Annuity Supplement during the 2021 tax year?

No it will not. Only salaries and wages earned after retirement counts towards your earnings test.

If I retire under FERS at anytime during the year, will my annual leave or comptime payment I receive AFTER I retire be counted against my FERS supplement income limit?

Again, no, just salaries or wages earned after your federal job.
