Should we dump FEHB for ACA? Federal Retiree wants your opinion…

Wondering why we’ll pay $315/mo premium for GEHA HDHP FEHB plan for a family of 3 with $3000 deductible ($1200 net after HSA passthru) and max annual out of pocket cost of $10k, when a popular early retiree blogger receives a $125/mo premium through ACA on a silver plan for a family of 4 with $0 deductible and max annual out of pocket cost of $1k? Should we dump FEHB for ACA? Thoughts?

I cannot determine what health plan is best for anyone. You have to way to the pros and cons for you and your family to decide. A thought for FEHB, should you decide to cancel after you have retired, you will be unable to sign up again. And a caution, do you have all the facts from a blog?
