How can I dispute a judgement from the Office of Workers Comp?

I am on disability retirement from a federal job, and would like to know how to dispute a judgement from the Office of Workers Compensation Programs. I am an amputee and recently purchased a vehicle and equipment and haven’t gotten anywhere with OWCP in seeking reimbursement. Who can I appeal to, and how?

When your claim is denied, there are three appeal options:
1) Request a hearing within 30 days;
2) Appeal to the Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB) within 180 days; or
3) Request reconsideration of the decision and submit further evidence and/or legal argument within one year.
Here is a link to the OWCP procedure manual on appeals. https://www.dol.gov/owcp/dfec/regs/compliance/DFECfolio/FECA-PT2/group4.htm
