The forum is meant to be a place where colleagues can post questions on a variety of topics related to their careers, benefits and experiences with the US government in a respectful manner. If Fedweek determines that a user has engaged in rude, lewd, racist or otherwise disrespectful communication on the forum the user will be banned.
